THE CABIN
Crafted from authentic laterite stone sourced from the Konkan region, each cabin seamlessly blends rustic character with contemporary comfort. The cabins are thoughtfully appointed with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and flexible sleeping arrangements. Guests can enjoy a private open-air bathroom and an exclusive sit-out overlooking the infinity pool, offering an ideal setting to relax and unwind amidst tranquil surroundings.
Each cabin comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with sleeping arrangements comprising one queen-size bed and two floor mattresses.
BATHROOM
The Bali-inspired open-to-sky ensuite comes with hot water, plush towels, and essential toiletries, offering a spa-like experience.
DINING & KITCHEN
Meals are served in a dedicated in-house dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, though not accessible to guests, ensures smooth meal preparation by the staff.
LAWN
The 10,000 sq. ft. lawn is ideal for outdoor leisure. By evening, ambient lighting transforms it into a dreamy retreat, complete with cozy seating and hangout spots for relaxation or stargazing.
GAMES ROOM
Indoor and outdoor activities include a pool table, carrom board, and board/card games, offering fun for all ages.
POOL
The infinity pool measures 40x15 ft. with a depth of 4.25 ft, complemented by a baby pool and a deck with sun loungers, perfect for leisurely swims or soaking in the lush surroundings.
Guest access
The swimming pool, game room, dining area are accessible to all the guests staying in the property except for the kitchen and store room
Other things to note
● Veg/Nonveg food can be served on preorder basis at an additional cost.
● BBQ arrangements can be made on prior requests but not in Monsoons.
● One bottle of packaged drinking water per person per night is complimentary.
● Extra packaged water and soft drinks are available at additional costs.
● Additional guests from what mentioned in booking are chargeable.
● Extra Bedding available.
● Being located in the outskirts power fluctuations or failures at night are possible.
● Wi-Fi may fail in windy or rainy conditions.
● Cabin being surrounded with lot of trees and shrubs, insects, lizards, mosquitoes, etc is expected to be there.
● Kindly close the doors and windows in the evening to avoid insects to enter the Villa.
● Each guest is requested to carry an ID (Only Aadhar, Driving License & Passport accepted).
● Damage caused to any part of the property or furniture will be payable.
● Being located in the outskirts availability of raw materials is less so kindly order your meals a day prior to avoid disappointment.
● Event decors, floating breakfast are available at an additional cost.
● Bonfire available at an additional cost but not in Monsoons.

● No loud music after 8.30pm so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.
● Visiting guests strictly not allowed.
● For your safety, the Pool/Jacuzzi is not available on checkout mornings (as fresh chemicals are added). We also request guests to avoid entering after consuming alcohol.
● To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, drugs or illegal substances are not permitted on the property.
● Please turn of all the lights, fans, geysers and AC while leaving the room.
● Smoking is allowed in the verandah and outdoor areas, but not inside the cabin.
● In case of excessive mess, especially after alcohol consumption, an extra cleaning fee of ₹1000 may apply.
● Pets are welcome with a ₹1000 fee, but we kindly request they stay off beds, couches, and out of the pool. If not followed, a ₹2000 cleaning fee will be applicable.
● Kindly follow the Check-in and Check-out timings strictly.

Amidst nature, with peace and beautiful setting Tranqui stay was a good getaway weekend. Food was delicious. However I felt that choice of local food should also be an option to choose from.

Perfect for those looking to slow down on a weekend trip from Mumbai. The stay is beautiful, with ample privacy for each hut. The pool is great for an afternoon swim (the water is ice-cold but refreshing). Rooms are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi works well, which is important since mobile network can be patchy. The bonfire is a must; misty nights and conversations around the fire were definite highlights. We had hi-tea, a non-veg dinner, and breakfast; all were fulfilling, though you may want to order extra if you prefer larger portions. The caretakers are very prompt and professional. Things to keep in mind: 1. Hot water is good but not sufficient to fill the bathtub, so keep this in mind while booking. 2. Not very cost-effective to reach without a personal vehicle as it’s away from the city centre, though the stay itself is absolutely worth it. The drive is scenic and smoother than expected. 3. Dinner needs to be pre-ordered, which limits flexibility.

The property is beautiful with stunning views, cozy vibes, and a peaceful mountain location. The staffs are very polite and helpful, which made the stay even better. However, the rooms lack some basic necessities such as a television, a large mirror in the room and ofcourse a telecom service. (Due to poor network connectivity, you cannot use mobile data here; only Wi-Fi works) These would make the experience more comfortable for everyone. Apart from that, it was a relaxing and refreshing stay and I would still highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely time! the caretaker, Kapil, was supremely helpful. the drive to Pawna was a little difficult but we found our way. the location is very calming and pristine. and the stay was exactly like the pictures. the food was great and even the housekeeping staff was kind. it's a great getaway from the city for a short 2 days.
