Overview
The space
We have a total of 5 cabins placed next to each other. The cabins are placed in such a manner that all of them get a view of the Dam.
The compact cozy cabins are roughly 10ft x 8.5ft with an attached private toilet and a sitout on the frontside attached to a private lawn area overlooking the Pawna Dam.
Other things to note
-You will get veg/nonveg food in our inhouse restaurant from 8.30am to 9.00pm. Breakfast is complimentary. BBQ can be arranged at an additional cost and you can check with the reception for the charges.

-WiFi is available
-Unfortunately we don't have an AC in the cabin number 1, 2 & 3, but we can provide you with a cooler on prior request.
-The afternoons might be hot in summers but the weather starts cooling down post 4.00pm and it may be quiet cold in the night.
-In case you need extra bedding you can contact the reception or the host.
-The property being situated in the outskirts and there are chances of power fluctuations or failures in the night so please keep that in mind.
-As the property is nestled in lush greenery, small insects, Mosquitos, lizards are expected to be there, hence guests are requested to stay safe from such insects, lizards or any such creatures.
-There may also be chances of insects to be present which keep flying around the lights in the evening, so try to keep the doors shut in the evening.
-Though our location is very scenic and peaceful, we have a camping site next to our property from where there are chances of you hearing loud music till night on Saturdays.
-Bonfire can be arranged at an additional price of Rs500
-Guests are requested to pay Rs1000 as refundable security deposit at the time of check-in

House Rules
-The price mentioned is only for the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking including their Breakfast, incase you want to book the place for additional guests than what you have mentioned while booking we can make arrangements upto3 people and the cost for the extra arrangements will be Rs 1250+gst per guest.
-Guests are strictly requested not to play loud music after 9.30 pm (playing music on lower volume even after 9.30pm is fine)
-Drugs or any other illegal products are strictly prohibited on the property and guests will be asked to leave the property then and there itself without any refund if we come across any such activities.
-Smoking is allowed but not inside the cabin. You can smoke anywhere in the outside open area or the sitout.
-Guests are strictly not allowed to go near the water after 7.00pm for safety concerns and also not allowed to go after consuming alcohol, incase of any mishap happens due to not following these instructions, the host will not be responsible.
-Incase the guests mess up the place especially after drinking alcohol they will be strictly charged Rs 1000 extra for cleaning.
-Pets are allowed in the cabin at an additional pet fee of Rs 500 but STRICTLY not on the beds. Incase pets are found on the beds, the guests will be charged extra Rs 1000 cleaning fee
-Visiting Guests are not allowed in the stay premises.

Our Stay at Pawna Lake Tranquil Stays Our stay was incredibly comfortable and exactly the peaceful retreat we needed from our hectic office schedules. The rooms were cozy, with stunning lake views and refreshing night breezes. Room service by Pushpraj was exceptional—he was always helpful, ensuring we woke up on time for breakfast and assisting us throughout our visit. Suggestions for Improvement Add more clothes hanging space and storage in the rooms. Feedback on the Property and Cafe Bambini Food options were limited and on the pricier side. Cabs from Pune cost us ₹1,000 one way, but return rides were unavailable online and ended up costing ₹3,000—quite expensive.

Cabins are clean, pleasant environment and good lake view. Restaurant food is good. Location is more than expected. pushpraj provided good room assistance and service cons: Rooms and washrooms are too small. food cost is high.

Great place to switch off and unwind for a couple of days. Location and view from the cabin are top notch. Cafe Bambini being on the same premises is an added advantage.

Had a lovely overnight stay at Tranquil stays Pawna. The property is located right at the Pawna lake and has unhindered views. Cafe bambini, their in-house restaurant is a popular spot and has some great food options! Next till will book the cabins/containers with the pool/jacuzzi. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. Harsh the caretaker was very warm and responsive. Sanket and Trushita gave clear instructions and the place was easy to find. All in all a recommended for an overnight getaway from Mumbai/Pune.

The property is located right next to the Pawna lake and the cabins give you an unhinged view of the lake. The location is very well maintained and well landscaped. Harsh, needs a special mention here as he single handedly managed us right through guiding us the way, check in and the food! Very proactive and polite! Overall it was worth a visit! The food, however at the restaurant can be improved!

Everything was good except there was frequent power outages. Specifically at night power outage was for more than 2 hours.

We had a wonderful stay at CAASA Tranquil. The resort has an amazing climate, peaceful surroundings, and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was well maintained, making our stay truly enjoyable. A special thanks to Aditya, the caretaker, for his exceptional service. He was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. His hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We will definitely visit again!
