Overview

Come stay at our Lakefront cosy cabin located on the banks of Pawna Dam. The cabin is located in the most serene spot of Pawna Dam with a direct view of water from the front balcony. Perfect for couples looking for a tranquil location.

The Space

We have a total of 5 cabins placed next to each other. The cabins are placed in such a manner that all of them get a view of the dam.

The compact cosy cabins are roughly 10 ft x 8 ft with an attached private toilet and a sitout on the front side shaped like a private balcony overlooking the Pawna Dam.

Other Things to Note

• You will get veg/non-veg food from our in-house restaurant from 9.30am to 9.00pm. Breakfast is complimentary. BBQ can be arranged at an additional cost and you can check with the caretaker for the charges.
• Please go through the photos and property description properly before going ahead with the booking.
• Wi-Fi is available.
• Unfortunately we don't have AC in the cabin numbers 1, 2 & 3, but we can provide you with a cooler on prior request.
• The afternoons might be hot in summers but the weather starts cooling down post 4:00pm and it may get quite cold in the night.
• In case you need extra bedding you can contact the receptionist or the host.
• The property being situated in the outskirts and there are chances of power fluctuation or failure in the night, so please keep that in mind.
• As the property is settled in lush greenery, mosquitoes, lizards, insects are expected to be there, hence guests are requested to stay away from such insects, lizards or any such creature.
• There may also be chances of insects to be present which keep flying around the lights in the evening, so try to keep the doors shut in the evening.
• Though our location is very scenic and peaceful, we have 2 camping sites next to our property for which there are chances of you hearing loud music till night on Saturdays.
• Bonfire can be arranged at an additional price of ₹500.
• Guests are requested to pay ₹1000 as refundable security deposit at the time of check-in.

House Rules

• The Check-in and Check-out times need to be strictly followed as there may be guests before or after you. You can check-in or check-out early or late respectively by 1-2 hrs only in case there are no prior or later bookings and can be confirmed by the host only 1 day prior.
• The price mentioned is only for the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking including their breakfast. In case you want to book the place for an additional guest than what you have mentioned while booking, we can make arrangements as per people and the cost for such arrangements will be ₹1250 + GST per guest.
• Guests are strictly requested not to play loud music after 9:00pm. Playing music on lower volume is allowed after 6:30pm as per the property rules.
• Drugs or any other illegal products are strictly prohibited on the property and guests will be asked to leave the property then and there without any refund if we come across any such action.
• Smoking is allowed but not inside the cabin. You can smoke anywhere in the corridor open area outside the cabin.
• Guests are strictly not allowed to go into the water after 7:00pm for safety concerns and are also not allowed to go after consuming alcohol. In case of any mishap due to not following these instructions, the host will not be responsible.
• In case the guests meet up to the place especially after consuming alcohol they will be strictly charged ₹1000 extra for cleaning.
• Pets are allowed in the cabin at an additional pet fee of ₹500 but STRICTLY not on the bed. In case pets are found on the bed the guest will be charged extra for ₹5000 cleaning fee.
• Visiting guests are not allowed in the city premises.
