Overview
The space
-The cabin is meticulously oriented to ensure that the tranquil lake is visible from every corner, allowing you to immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the water no matter where you are inside. Whether you're lounging in the living room, dining, or resting in the bedroom, the stunning view of the lake remains a constant, soothing presence throughout your stay.
-The Living room consists of a sofa cum bed, which can sleep additional guests. There is a small Kitchenette along with a dining area attached to the living area. The front facade directly faces the lake.
-The cabin has separate a small cozy bedroom which open ups on the deck with a complete view of Pawna Lake.
-Step outside your cabin to discover a private infinity pool that seems to blend seamlessly with the serene waters of Pawna Lake. This exclusive feature offers a breathtaking, uninterrupted view, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty that surrounds you.
Other things to note
-You will get veg/nonveg food in our inhouse restaurant from 8.30am to 9.00pm. Breakfast is complimentary.
-Please go through the photos and property description property before going ahead with the booking.
-We do have WiFi at the property.
-The bedroom and Living both has an AC
-The afternoons might be hot in summers but the weather starts cooling down post 4.00pm and it may be quiet cold in the night.
-In case you need extra bedding you can contact the reception or the host.
-The property being situated in the outskirts and there are chances of power fluctuations or failures in the night so please keep that in mind.
-As the property is nestled in lush greenery, small insects, Mosquitos, lizards are expected to be there, hence guests are requested to stay safe from such insects, lizards or any such creatures.
-There may also be chances of insects to be present which keep flying around the lights in the evening, so try to keep the doors shut in the evening.

House Rules
-The price mentioned is only for the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking including their Breakfast, incase you want to book the place for additional guests than what you have mentioned while booking we can make arrangements upto 3 people and the cost for the extra arrangements will be Rs 1250+gst per guest.
-Guests are strictly requested not to play loud music after 9.30 pm (playing music on lower volume even after 9.30pm is fine)
-Drugs or any other illegal products are strictly prohibited on the property and guests will be asked to leave the property then and there itself without any refund if we come across any such activities.
-Smoking is allowed but not inside the cabin. You can smoke anywhere in the outside open area or the sitout.
-Guests are strictly not allowed to go near the water after 7.00pm for safety concerns and also not allowed to go after consuming alcohol, incase of any mishap happens due to not following these instructions, the host will not be responsible.
-Incase the guests mess up the place especially after drinking alcohol they will be strictly charged Rs 1000 extra for cleaning.
-Pets are allowed in the cabin at an additional pet fee of Rs 500 but STRICTLY not on the beds. Incase pets are found on the beds, the guests will be charged extra Rs 1000 cleaning fee
-Visiting Guests are not allowed in the stay premises.

This lakefront cabin is the perfect escape into nature. The lake views are absolutely stunning, creating a calm and serene atmosphere throughout the stay. Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers a refreshing and peaceful environment. To top it off, the food is fresh, flavorful, and truly delicious, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Absolutely happy with my experience at Caasa Tranquilla. The swimming pool, the view of pawna lake, food at cafe bambini, toiletries, all necesary amentities, the staff everything was spot on. We didn’t have to use the AC as the weather was rainy throughout our stay, which made the view all the more beautiful. The location is a bit far from town of course, which is a good trade off for its serenity. Naturally getting there without own vehicle can be expensive as Ubers drop you here but don’t pick up from here. Hosts were very responsive and quick to resolve requests. Managers and staff over there were courteous and welcoming. Great experience.

I loved the space and the mini infinity pool in the container villas. Perfect for a getaway for 2 or at max 3. The service provided by Harsh was also prompt and as per expectation. The food at cafe bambini is good so no worries about getting food from outside. The only issue we had was insect poop in and around the villa which was cleaned quickly once we highlighted it to the room service. The location and the drive to the place in itself is an experience specially during monsoons. Would definitely recommend it.

We booked one container with a private pool and one small cabin 5. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the food was delicious! The rooms are compact (as mentioned by the host) but well-maintained. The support staff was super helpful. There was a bit of rainwater dripping in container 1 (hall) due to the rains, but it didn’t spoil the experience. Overall, a lovely experience — would definitely visit again!!

I have been to Pawna earlier many times. Also have explored other hidden corners in Mulshi, Panshet, Kamshet, Igatpuri, Wada, and all possible BNB spots near Mumbai. But to my surprise I never came across this beautiful place which is just the entrance of Pawna. The place was so well located-the access, the privacy, the service and Amazing landscaping. The staff were humble, helpful and always had a smile on face. This is going to be my next favourite spot near Mumbai for quite sometime now. Just that there was some loud music in the adjacent property. Which I do understand is not in our hands. Overall, 10/10 place, soothing, relaxing and unwinding to the max.. Must recommended.
