The space

Tucked away in a secluded wilderness, the Canopy Cabin invites you into a sanctuary of serenity and untouched beauty. With just three exclusive cabins, the retreat seamlessly blends rugged natural beauty with contemporary elegance. Expansive glass facades frame panoramic views of Fort Vairapur and Fort Lohagad, while the infinity pool opens up to the surrounding hills.

Each cabin promises a private, rejuvenating escape that blends nature, comfort and tranquility.

THE CABIN

Each cabin is thoughtfully crafted in a modern architectural style, balancing sophistication with comfort. Featuring air conditioning, Wi-Fi, extra bedding arrangements, and a private balcony overlooking lush green mountains, the space offers the ideal haven to relax and reconnect.

BATHROOM

The ensuite bathroom exudes contemporary elegance, equipped with hot water, plush towels, and premium toiletries—creating a spa-like retreat within your private space.

GAZEBO

A private pool gazebo enhances the charm of this cabin, providing the perfect spot for quiet reflection, leisurely afternoons, or romantic evenings surrounded by nature.

POOL

The private infinity pool measures approximately 40x15 ft. with a depth of 4.25 ft., offering breathtaking views of the landscape. A baby pool is also available, making the property suitable for families. The sun-deck with loungers provides the perfect setting for a refreshing swim or relaxing under the evening sky.

DINING & KITCHEN

Relish freshly prepared meals in the intimate in-house dining area, crafted with care by the staff. Though the fully equipped kitchen is not guest-accessible, it ensures seamless service and a warm, homely dining experience.

GAMES ROOM

For recreation, the games room offers both indoor and outdoor entertainment, including a pool table, carrom, and classic board and card games—ideal for gatherings and family fun.

Guest access

The common swimming pool, game room, dining area are accessible to all the guests staying in the property except for the kitchen and store room.

Other things to note

• Veg/Nonveg food can be served on prior request at an additional cost.
• BBQ arrangements can be made on prior request but not in Monsoon.
• One bonfire and a packaged drinking water per person per night is complimentary.
• Extra packaged water and soft drinks are available at additional cost.
• Additional guests from what mentioned in booking are chargeable.
• Extra bedding is available.
• Being located in the outdoors, power fluctuations or failures at night are possible.
• Wi-Fi may fail in windy or rainy conditions.
• Cabin being surrounded with lot of trees and shrubs, insects, lizards, mosquitoes, etc. is expected to be there.
• Kindly close the doors and windows in the evening to avoid insects to enter the Cabin.
• Each guest is requested to carry an ID such as Driving Licence, Driving Licence or Passport acceptable.
• Damage caused to any part of the property or furniture will be payable.
• Being located in the outskirts availability of raw materials is less, so kindly order your meals a day prior to avoid disappointment.
• Event decor, floating breakfast are available at an additional cost.
• Bonfire available at an additional cost but not in Monsoon.

Amenities

House Rules

• No parties allowed.
• No loud music after 9:30pm so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.
• Visiting guests strictly not allowed.
• For your safety, the Pool/Jacuzzi is not available on checkout mornings. We also request guests to avoid entering after consuming alcohol.
• To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, drugs or illegal substances are not permitted on the property.
• Please turn off all the lights, fans, geyser and AC while leaving the room.
• Smoking is allowed in verandah and outdoor areas, but not inside the cabin.
• In case of excessive mess, especially after alcohol consumption, an extra cleaning fee of ₹1000 may apply.
• Pets are welcome with a ₹1000 fee, but we kindly request they stay off beds, couches, and out of the pool. If not followed, a ₹2000 cleaning fee will be applicable.
• Kindly follow the Check-in and Check-out timings strictly.
