The ground-floor living room blends elegance with comfort, opening onto a serene verandah overlooking the lush lawn. Furnished with a sofa, foosball table, portable music system, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, it’s perfect for relaxation and fun (note: no TV). The adjoining dining area features a spacious 8-seater table, ideal for shared meals and conversations.

BEDROOMS

● Bedroom 1: A vintage-inspired room with a king-sized bed, sofa-cum-bed, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom with hot water.
● Bedroom 2: Spacious and charming, offering a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, dressing table, and ensuite bathroom. Windows open toward the living room.
● Bedroom 3: Located just outside the main entrance, this cozy room features a queen-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
The villa has 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common toilet, all with geysers, towels, and essential toiletries.

KITCHEN
Guests may prepare light meals in the kitchen, equipped with a fridge, microwave, crockery, and cutlery.

LAWN
Spread across 7,000 sq. ft., the lawn invites you to stroll barefoot on dewy grass in the morning or unwind under starlit skies at night. By evening, soft lights transform the space into a dreamy retreat, complete with cozy hangout spots.

POOL
The highlight of the outdoors is a private 30 x 15 ft. wrap-around pool with a depth of 4.25 ft., framed by a gazebo on one side and lush greenery on the other—perfect for leisure and relaxation.

PARKING
A spacious parking area at the back of the villa accommodates 10+ cars, ideal for group stays and celebrations.

Guest access

The guests have access to the entire villa except for the service kitchen, the staff rooms and the store.

Other things to note

● Veg/Nonveg food can be served on preorder basis at an additional cost.
● BBQ arrangements can be made on prior requests.
● One bottle of packaged drinking water per person per night is complimentary.
● Extra packaged water and soft drinks are available at additional costs.
● Additional guests visiting and staying apart from what mentioned in booking are chargeable.
● Extra Bedding available.
● Being located in the outskirts power fluctuations or failures at night are possible.
● Wi-Fi may fail in windy or rainy conditions.
● Villa being surrounded with lot of trees and shrubs, insects, lizards, mosquitoes are expected to be there.
● Kindly close the doors and windows in the evening to avoid insects to enter the Villa.
● Each guest is requested to carry an ID (Only Aadhar, Driving License & Passport accepted).
● Damage caused to any part of the property or furniture will be payable.
● Being located in the outskirts availability of raw materials is less so kindly order your meals a day prior to avoid disappointment.
● Event decors, floating breakfast are available at an additional cost.
● Bonfire available at an additional cost.
