The ground-floor living room blends elegance with comfort, opening onto a serene verandah overlooking the lush lawn. Furnished with a sofa, foosball table, portable music system, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, it’s perfect for relaxation and fun (note: no TV). The adjoining dining area features a spacious 8-seater table, ideal for shared meals and conversations.

● Bedroom 1: A vintage-inspired room with a king-sized bed, sofa-cum-bed, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom with hot water.
● Bedroom 2: Spacious and charming, offering a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, dressing table, and ensuite bathroom. Windows open toward the living room.
● Bedroom 3: Located just outside the main entrance, this cozy room features a queen-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom.
BATHROOMS
The villa has 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common toilet, all with geysers, towels, and essential toiletries.
KITCHEN
Guests may prepare light meals in the kitchen, equipped with a fridge, microwave, crockery, and cutlery.
LAWN
Spread across 7,000 sq. ft., the lawn invites you to stroll barefoot on dewy grass in the morning or unwind under starlit skies at night. By evening, soft lights transform the space into a dreamy retreat, complete with cozy hangout spots.
POOL
The highlight of the outdoors is a private 30 x 15 ft. wrap-around pool with a depth of 4.25 ft., framed by a gazebo on one side and lush greenery on the other—perfect for leisure and relaxation.
PARKING
A spacious parking area at the back of the villa accommodates 10+ cars, ideal for group stays and celebrations.
Guest access
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the service kitchen, the staff rooms and the store.
Other things to note
● Veg/Nonveg food can be served on preorder basis at an additional cost.
● BBQ arrangements can be made on prior requests.
● One bottle of packaged drinking water per person per night is complimentary.
● Extra packaged water and soft drinks are available at additional costs.
● Additional guests visiting and staying apart from what mentioned in booking are chargeable.
● Extra Bedding available.
● Being located in the outskirts power fluctuations or failures at night are possible.
● Wi-Fi may fail in windy or rainy conditions.
● Villa being surrounded with lot of trees and shrubs, insects, lizards, mosquitoes are expected to be there.
● Kindly close the doors and windows in the evening to avoid insects to enter the Villa.
● Each guest is requested to carry an ID (Only Aadhar, Driving License & Passport accepted).
● Damage caused to any part of the property or furniture will be payable.
● Being located in the outskirts availability of raw materials is less so kindly order your meals a day prior to avoid disappointment.
● Event decors, floating breakfast are available at an additional cost.
● Bonfire available at an additional cost.

House Rules
● Visiting guests are welcome with prior intimation at ₹300 per person and are requested to leave by 11:30 pm. Stays beyond this will be charged at ₹1250 per person.
● Kindly keep music volume low after 10:00 pm so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.
● For your safety, the Pool/Jacuzzi is not available on checkout mornings (as fresh chemicals are added). We also request guests to avoid entering after consuming alcohol.
● To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, drugs or illegal substances are not permitted on the property.
● Smoking is allowed in the verandah and outdoor areas, but not inside the house.
● In case of excessive mess, especially after alcohol consumption, an extra cleaning fee of ₹1000 may apply.
● Pets are welcome with a ₹1000 fee, but we kindly request they stay off beds, couches, and out of the pool. If not followed, a ₹2000 cleaning fee will be applicable.

We stayed at the house for 3 nights and had a really lovely time. The property is very nice, comfortable, and well suited for a relaxed stay, especially if you’re travelling with pets — we came with our dogs and they had a great time too. The overall experience was enjoyable and the house felt welcoming and peaceful. A special mention to Lokesh, the caretaker, who was extremely sweet, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything — he truly made the stay smoother. The only downside we faced was that the water had a very strong and unpleasant smell, which was quite uncomfortable and something that could definitely be improved. Apart from that issue, it was a good stay and we made some great memories here.

Its an amazing place, quite & serene away from the hustle bustle of city. When we parked our car, we thought it does not look great from outside but the property is well maintained and interiors are neatly done. There is beautiful porch next to the pool where you can have lunch, tea / snacks and relax. The place has only 2 bedrooms and 3 would have been better but the hall is huge and can accommodate extra persons easily. Bathrooms are squeaky clean & well maintained. Above all, the food cooked by Lokesh the caretaker & the service given by him is just outstanding. He is so polite and quick in all he does. His hospitality & quality of service stands out above everything else. You ask for it and you get it. Overall it was a great experience with friends and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a quite time away with family.

We booked this stay for a family of 10, it was a nice experience, the pool was clean, rooms were well ventilated, lots of games, indoors as well as outdoors. We liked the vegetarian food quality. However, the extra charge for bonfire (rs.500) was strange. The food was a little overpriced. But overall, a good stay with helpful service.

We had a great stay at this beautiful and spacious villa. The property is very clean, well maintained, and truly stunning in terms of design and ambience. A special mention to the caretaker, Lokesh — he is extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring, which made our stay even more comfortable. There are a few minor issues that the host can easily improve. The swimming pool is nice but not temperature-controlled, which can be a bit uncomfortable at certain times. The foosball table is currently broken, so we couldn’t use it. Overall, it’s a lovely place to relax with friends and family, and with a few small fixes, it can be even better. We enjoyed our time here!

The stay is beautiful like same in the pictures given. Caretaker Lokesh is proactive and was always there for us. Pool was clean, the garden was beautiful. Loved the service by the host and caretaker. Definitely worth the price.
