The space

The cabin is meticulously oriented to ensure that the tranquil lake is visible from every corner, allowing you to immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the water no matter where you are inside. Whether you're lounging in the living room, dining, or resting in the bedroom, the stunning view of the lake remains a constant, soothing presence throughout your stay.

The living room consists of a sofa cum bed, which can sleep additional guests. There is a small kitchenette along with a dining area attached to the living area. The front facade directly faces the lake.

The cabin has a close and really cozy bedroom which opens up on to the deck with a complete view of Pawna Lake.

Step outside your cabin to discover a private infinity pool that seems to blend seamlessly with the serene waters of Pawna Lake. This exclusive feature offers a breathtaking, uninterrupted view, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty that surrounds you.

The private Jacuzzi offers an added element of relaxation and comfort, allowing you to unwind while enjoying the surrounding natural beauty.

Other things to note

• You will get veg/non-veg food from our in-house restaurant from 9.30am to 9.00pm. Breakfast is complimentary.
• Please go through the photos and property description properly before going ahead with the booking.
• We do have Wi-Fi at the property.
• The bedroom and Living both has an AC.
• The afternoons might be hot in summers but the weather starts cooling down post 4.00pm and it may be quite cold in the night.
• In case you need extra bedding you can contact the reception or the host.
• The property being situated in the outskirts and there are chances of power fluctuations or failure in the night so please keep that in mind.
• As the property is nestled in lush greenery, small insects, Mosquitos, lizards are expected to be there, hence guests are requested to stay safe from such insects, lizards or any such creature.
• There may also be chances of insects to be present which keep flying around the lights in the evening, so try to keep the doors shut in the evening.
• Kindly note that for heating the water of the Jacuzzi it takes around 3.5–4 hrs so kindly inform us accordingly in advance and allow us to warm it. This heating system is available only for the Jacuzzi.

House Rules

• The Check-in and Check-out times need to be strictly followed as there may be guests before or after you. You can check-in or check-out early or late respectively by 1-2 hrs only in case there are no prior or later bookings and can be confirmed by the host only 1 day prior.
• The price mentioned is only for the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking including their breakfast. In case you want to book the place for an additional guest than what you have mentioned while booking, we can make arrangements as per people and the cost for such arrangements would be ₹1250 + GST per guest.
• Guests are strictly requested not to play loud music after 9:30 pm.
• Drugs or any other illegal products are strictly prohibited on the property and guests will be asked to leave the property without any refund if we come across any such action.
• Smoking is allowed but not inside the cabin. You can smoke anywhere in the outside open area.
• Guests are strictly not allowed to go near the water after 7:00pm for safety concerns and are also not allowed to go after consuming alcohol. In case of any mishap due to not following these instructions, the host will not be responsible.
• In case the guests mess up the place especially after drinking alcohol they will be strictly charged ₹1000 extra for cleaning.
• In case the guests use the Jacuzzi after drinking alcohol, an extra cleaning fee may apply.
• Pets are allowed in the cabin at an additional pet fee of ₹500 but STRICTLY not on the bed. In case pets are found on the bed, the guest will be charged extra ₹5000 cleaning fee.
• Visiting Guests are not allowed in the stay premises.
