The Space
Living & Dining
The ground-floor living room effortlessly combines elegance and comfort, opening onto a peaceful verandah that overlooks the lush, manicured lawn. The space is thoughtfully furnished with a cosy sofa, foosball table, portable music system, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and casual fun. The adjoining dining area features a spacious 6-seater table, ideal for sharing meals, laughter and long conversations with friends or family.
Bedrooms
- Bedroom 1: A spacious and tranquil room with a comfortable double bed, AC, Wi-Fi and a private ensuite bathroom with hot water, offering a perfect retreat for restful sleep.
- Bedroom 2: Charming and inviting, this bedroom features a double bed, AC, Wi-Fi and an ensuite bathroom. Large windows open toward the living area, bringing in natural light and a sense of openness.
- Bedroom 3: Nestled at the end of the passage, this cosy room features floor mattresses, AC, Wi-Fi, a pool-facing view and an ensuite bathroom—ideal for a relaxed, comfortable sleeping arrangement.
Bathrooms
The villa includes three ensuite bathrooms connected to the bedrooms and two additional common toilets near the pool area. All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, hot towels and essential toiletries for a comfortable stay.
Kitchen
The kitchen allows guests to prepare light meals and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery. It is perfect for casual cooking or enjoying a simple breakfast indoors.
Lawn
Spanning 10,000 sq. ft., the expansive lawn is a sanctuary of greenery, inviting barefoot morning strolls or cosy evenings under the starry sky. At night, soft ambient lighting transforms the space into a magical setting, complemented by cosy seating areas for conversations, relaxing or simply unwinding under the stars.
Pool
The private 16-ft amoeba-shaped pool, with a depth of 4.25 ft, is nestled amidst lush greenery. Its tranquil waters provide the perfect setting for leisurely swims, relaxation or simply soaking in the serene outdoors.
Jacuzzi
The villa features a private Jacuzzi with a hot-water facility, accommodating up to four guests at a time. This exclusive amenity offers the perfect setting to relax and unwind while enjoying quality moments with friends and family.
Parking
The villa offers a generous parking area that can accommodate 10+ cars, making it ideal for large groups, family gatherings or celebrations without any hassle.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire villa except for the service kitchen, staff room and store.
Guests can visit our plant nursery in the evenings and also have a walk till the Pavana River. Guests can also visit the temple we have built near the river.
Interaction with Guests
My team will be in contact with you once the booking is confirmed till the time of check-in. Once you reach the property, our caretaker Balu will help you out with everything you need.
Other Things to Note
- Veg/Non-veg food can be served on prior request at an additional cost.
- BBQ arrangements can be made on prior request.
- Filtered drinking water is available at the property.
- Packaged water and soft drinks are available in the fridge at an additional cost.
- Additional guests visiting and staying apart from what is mentioned in booking are chargeable.
- Extra bedding is available.
- The Jacuzzi is available at a charge of ₹2,500 for 2 hours and may be used between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM only.
- The heating of the Jacuzzi takes approximately 3 hours. Guests are kindly requested to inform the caretaker in advance.
- Being located in the outdoors, power fluctuations or failures at night are possible.
- Wi-Fi may fail in windy or rainy conditions.
- The villa is surrounded with lots of trees and shrubs, hence mosquitoes, insects, lizards and other creatures are expected to be there.
- Kindly close the doors and windows in the evening to avoid insects entering the villa.
- Each guest is requested to carry an ID such as Aadhaar, Driving Licence or Passport.
- Damage caused to any part of the property or furniture will be payable by the guest.
- Being located in the outdoors, availability of raw materials may vary, so kindly order your meals a day prior.
- Event décor and sharing breakfast are available at an additional cost.
- Bonfire is available at an additional cost of ₹2,000.
Amenities
House Rules
- Visiting guests are welcome with prior intimation at ₹200 per person and are requested to leave by 11:30 pm. Staying beyond this will be charged at ₹1250 per person.
- Kindly keep music volume low after 10:00 pm so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.
- For your safety, the Pool/Jacuzzi is not available on checkout mornings due to fresh chemicals being added. We also request guests to avoid entering water after consuming alcohol.
- To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, drugs or illegal substances are not permitted on the property.
- Smoking is allowed in the verandah and outdoor areas, but not inside the house.
- In case of excessive mess, especially after alcohol consumption, a cleaning fee of ₹1000 may apply.
- Pets are welcome with a ₹1000 fee, but we kindly request that they stay off beds, couches and out of the pool. If not followed, a ₹2000 cleaning fee will be applicable.
- For safety, do not visit the river after 7:00 PM or after consuming alcohol.
- The pool is open until 9:30 PM. On the day of checkout, kindly avoid using the pool after 8:00 AM due to routine cleaning and chemical treatment.
- Please inform the caretaker in advance if you wish to use the Jacuzzi, as it requires about 3 hours to heat. For your comfort and safety, usage is not available after 9:00 PM or on the day of checkout.

This is one of those one-of-a-kind places you come across at a City dweller, where the trees are taller than the House and the space outside the House is more than it has inside. One of the few places where you are surrounded by well planned greenery all around you making it a great place to unwind and play with your family and kids.
I loved the place and we celebrated my daughter's birthday. It was more than the photos.
